Wet bar with lounge area looking out to the garden and deck.

If you like a bit of Mid-Century Modern, Psychedelic Sixties or Groovy Seventies décor, then The Groovy Grape is the Holiday Home for you. The home is furnished almost completely with items that date from 1956-1976. The collection of items in the home was curated by Cheryl from CCs Retro and will make you feel like you have stepped back in time to 1976. Rest assured that the bedding and appliances are new or tested to ensure your safety and comfort.

Facilities include 5 queen bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, three living areas, an eat in kitchen, a wet bar with music lounge, a deck with BBQ and outdoor seating and a fire pit. There is a double lock-up garage out the back for cars (or other toys), parking for 2 more cars in front, a large back yard and bushland over the back fence.

Enjoy a cocktail or a glass of local wine in the Lounge Bar while listening to vinyl records from the 1960s and 70s on the vintage radiogram. Have a dance or a sing-a-long.

Have a lazy afternoon on the deck spotting native birds in the back yard and in the bushland over the back fence.

Check out the wild kangaroos that graze on the vacant block across the street at dusk.

Sit around the firepit in the evening gazing at the Milky Way on clear nights.

Don’t worry if it rains, there is always a vintage picture book, magazine, jigsaw puzzle or game to play. Groovy 70s Trivia anyone?
