The Little Sydney Pottery Company Australia Bowl 1960s.
This small bowl is hand-painted in the Aboriginal style with a boomerang, goanna and fish.
It is marked ‘Australia’ and ‘Alice Springs N.T.’ under a highly-reflective glaze.
It is in excellent condition. The back stamp dates the bowl between 1967-1971.

The Little Sydney Pottery Company operated in Sydney from 1967 to 1989. The pottery was founded by immigrants William and Lilo Pakulski. They made a small variety of slip cast dishes, plaques, mugs, and souvenir ware, hand painted with Australian flora and fauna, Aboriginal art, and various scenes.
