Arabia Pimpinella Demitasse Coffee Cup & Saucer Rare made in Finland in the 1960s.

Hand-painted fine bone china. Pimpinella came in at least 5 different colours and was produced from 1967-1971.

Designed by Anja Jaatinen–Winqwist.

This set is in excellent condition.

Arabia Finland has been producing tableware since 1873.  They have produced many well known ranges including Valencia, Ali, Rosmarin and Ruska.  They attracted many great designers over the years.

Anja Jaatinen-Winqwist (1934- ) and her husband Peter Winqwist designed for Arabia Finland from 1967-1974.

At Arabia she created mostly handmade decorative art ceramic objects for Arabia Studio, but she also designed a few tableware patterns.
